The Rhodes Lab is part of Green Evolution, a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation-funded project focused on development and delivery of elite gene pools and technology packages for genetic gain, as well as discovery and deployment of priority traits. Our lab group focuses on discovery and deployment of trait technology packages for biofortification of carotenoids, iron, and zinc, as well as end-user preferred grain quality traits.
